I've always enjoyed spending time alone with myself. I find it fulfilling and entertaining. Being comfortable with my own company has allowed me to appreciate the person I have become and the journey that has led me here.
At the age of 12, I discovered Buddhism and meditation. Through these practices, I learned to elevate myself to a higher level of consciousness. This has allowed me to have discernment and clarity in my thoughts and actions.
When I close my eyes and connect with myself, I am able to disconnect from the trivialities of mundane life. This has given me a sense of peace and tranquility that I cherish. Overall, I am grateful for the ability to enjoy my own company and the tools that have helped me cultivate a deeper understanding of myself.
I am a 41-year-old yoga instructor from southern Brazil. I left home at the age of 15 and homeschooled myself. Over the years, I have had various jobs before finding my passion for yoga.
My journey with meditation began in 1994/1995 when I was just 12 years old. Since then, I have been practicing and honing my skills. Today, I am proud to be a yoga instructor, helping others find peace and balance through the practice of yoga and meditation.
My life has been full of challenges, but through hard work and dedication, I have been able to find my calling. I am grateful for the opportunities that have come my way and look forward to continuing to share my knowledge and experience with others.
