First things first,

Hey guys! Today I want to share with you my morning routine that sets me up for a successful day! It all starts with a moment of silence, where I take five minutes to focus on my breath and align my posture. This helps me clear my mind and set my intentions for the day ahead.

Then, I spend about 10-15 minutes on my asanas. Moving from pose to pose, breathing in the Ujjayi method. It's amazing how much this helps me to focus and stay centered throughout the day.

And then, it's time for jal neti. Cleaning my respiratory tract is a crucial part of my daily ritual. It's not the most glamorous thing, but it's so worth it. I feel like I'm breathing in fresh mountain air every time I do this.

As a busy person, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. That's why I always make sure to review my excel sheet where I plan my day. It helps me stay organized and on top of my tasks. But, that's not all! I also have a personal list where I write down things that I love about myself. It's a great reminder of my value and worthiness.

So, there you have it - my daily yoga routine. It's simple, yet so effective.

Let me explain the terms:

First up, we have Anapana - a simple yet powerful technique that involves focusing on your breath. This practice can help you calm your mind and improve your concentration. Trust me, it's a game-changer!

Next, we have Ujjayi - a breathing technique that can help you increase your lung capacity and improve your overall physical performance. It's like a secret weapon for all you fitness enthusiasts out there!

Moving on, we have Asana - a series of physical postures that can help you build strength, flexibility, and balance. Not only does it have physical benefits, but it can also help you reduce stress and anxiety. It's a win-win!

Last but not least, we have Jal neti - a nasal cleansing technique that can help you breathe better and improve your overall respiratory health. It may sound a bit weird, but trust me, it's worth trying!

So there you have it, folks! Incorporating these practices into your daily routine can help you achieve a healthier, happier, and more balanced life.

Namaste,

Luiz, your urban yogi.
