Luiz Olimpio, is your experienced guide on this journey. With over two decades of yoga and mindfulness practice, Luiz brings a wealth of knowledge and practical wisdom to each live session. Trained in India with the nonprofit Yoga Alliance and certified by Harvard Medical School in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, Luiz is dedicated to helping you unlock your full potential and achieve holistic well-being.
